Pilgrim hospital is facing a shortage of Staff Nurses in my Department and we are looking to recruit approximately 50 Qualified Staff Nurses. Predominantly we are looking to the Commonwealth countries including India, African countries including Nigeria, Phillipines etc to meet our Nurse recruitment requirements.
Here`s a few "Youtube" video introducing some of our patient centered concepts which also includes continuous training and learning to give high Quality Care to our patients.
At Pilgrim Hospital, we are multiethnic with a good proportion from India especially the state of Kerala, African Countries as well as The Phillipines.
Most non - EU ( outside the European Economic Area) nurses including Keralite nurses apply for Band 5 nurse with a salary of approx £21,692 - 28,180 pa.
Boston is a town with a small port near to the Lincolnshire Wolds, on the east coast of England. It is the largest town of the wider Borough of Boston. The borough had a total population of 64,637 at the 2011 census and is located due north of Greenwich on the Prime Meridian. The town has a market, held every Wednesday and Saturday in one of England's largest market places.
Boston has an Indian community and shop which sell Halal meat, Mangoes, Spices and Indian foodstuff. Majority of the Indian community in Boston work at the Hospital. They are from different states of India including Andhra, North India, Kerala, Bangalore and Tamilnadu. There are colleagues also from East Europe, Spain, Greece, Italy, Lithivania, Hungary, Czech republic, Nigeria, other African countries, Mauritius, Phillipines, Burma & Egypt. Boston also has East European, Chinese and Afro Caribbean shops selling imported regional foodstuff.
Boston has a good selection of State & Grammar schools. State Grammar schools in Boston are free or non-fee paying. New research carried out by property organisation Savills shows that the cost of living spaces across the county are among the best value for money nationwide. There are ample leisure activity opportunities, for both adults and children including a number of Swimming Clubs/pools, Tennis clubs, Badminton, Cricket, various Lynx Golf courses, Football stadium, well-equipped gymnasiums all within 10 minutes driving distance from the town-center. Boston is a good place to give children a well rounded education ( Kuk-sool, Horse Riding, Kumon, Music training facilities, Singing) , Blackfriars theatre academy etc essential to acheive a place in world class Universities like Cambridge, Oxford, UCL, Kings, Birmingham etc... (All this at very reasonable prices compared to cities like London / Manchester).
Skegness Beach Resort is also close by, and the home for Europe’s largest leisure caravan park and Butlins Holiday Resort. http://www.thebeachguide.co.uk/north-east-england/lincolnshire/skegness.htm Other attractions include boston steam & vintage festival, bike night, boston market ..etc
With Good Grammar schools (where one dosent have to pay) , Bigger houses with garden there is an opportunity to have a better quality of lifestyle than in more expensive cities.
The saving potential for a staff nurse is more than in nearby cities like Leicester, Birmingham , Peterborough or in London.

Can u help me to get a job over in UK
Dear Pinky,
ReplyDeleteI have been getting a lot of requests asking me to give a job. It is true we have a requirement of approx 50 -60 Nurses in Medicine. However it can only be given to candidates who meet the requirements. Meeting both IELTS requirement & CBT is a must for me to request my hospital to write to the Homeoffice to get you a sponsorship Visa. These are Rules set by the Government... so the question is what have I done ?....I have given you/nurses of the commonwealth an approach directly to the Clinical Director of Medicine. You do not have to go to an Agency who may be corrupt and ask you for Money etc.
All deserving candidates with required IELTS & CBT, I will work with my team to get you to a better lifestyle and refunding the fees for the exams and paying for your flights/ accomodation & further training here.
It is a two way Bridge. if You get the required IELTS scores & CTB, I will strive to do my best to get you here with as less financial expenditure possible.
I'm a physician I'm india MD medicine, MRCP, with 10 years experience in a reputed University Hospital, I have ielts band 7 in all, can I be considered for Consultant position in your hospital?
ReplyDeletePlease organise to send me your full CV and happy to consider .
